Sunny double room available for the month of August. Spacious flat comprising of nice kitchen with adjoining dining area, separate large lounge/dining room, and a further two bathrooms, both with shower. Decent size double room with king size bed, tv, play station, and also nice hi-fi. All mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fast wifi, netflix, fire tv, etc...

The flat is perfectly located in cute Stockbridge with it's cobbled streets and nice wee shops, bars, and bistros, and it's just a ten minute walk to city center. It's also a five minute walk to the Botanic Gardens or the Water of Leith, and Inverleith Park is right on the doorstep.

You will be sharing with two easygoing Scottish guys in their thirties. Ideally looking for someone staying for the whole month, move in/out date and price negotiable. Just drop me a line If interested!
