I'm looking for a 2nd chilled environmentally conscious person to share my house with.

You will have access to the living room, kitchen, WC, bathroom and wee bike garage. The bed has been described as very comfy.

Parking is permit.

Excellent location tucked away from the traffic but only 10min walk to haymarket and ideal bus links with the 27 and 10 at the end of the street and other buses within 10 mins walk. Margiotta round the corner and a really good local hairdresser!

I am a civil engineer working in renewable energy in Stirling so I am away for 11hours per weekday. I like riding bikes and boards and heading away for adventures in my van.

The rent is £350 per month including ALL bills and council tax. Lease is 1 month min.

You would be sharing with myself, another female housemate and a cat.
