Small Box Room for festival let

Heya... We have a small, interior box room available in a 2 bed flatshare in Marchmont, right by the meadows.

Dates are flexible, if it's needed a bit earlier or later than August, we can work something out.

The room is small and simple, there's a comfortable single bed, but it is in a gorgeous, bright and spacious 2 bedroom flat, with a large and airy sitting room and kitchen/dining room. The only thing is there is no external window, so it's a little dark but cosy. You will be sharing with 2 friendly, easygoing Irish girls. We both work full time and so are often out and about but when we are here, we like to cook/watch movies etc.

The room is free for the whole month of August, it will be a flat rate of 750 upfront, all bills included. Also, speedy wifi and tv.
