The room is available from Monday to Friday - or less if that's what you need, rent somewhat negotiable.

Fully furnished and you have full access to the rest of the flat:

- Large living room with gas fire, TV, Netflix etc..

- Equally large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, large gas cooker, American fridge-freezer, kitchen table etc.

- Bathroom with shower and bath

- Well kept shared garden out the back which gets sun most of the day

- Free parking is available about 5 minutes walk down the road

- Newly double glazed

- A peaceful, tidy environment.

Stockbridge high street is close by; Waverley and Haymarket stations are a 25/20 min walk; the airport is about a 20-minute drive; and Inverleith Park is just down the road.

Looking for a professional who is happy to keep the place clean and tidy. I'm pretty easy going, work in the week, exercise evenings, etc.

Open to suggestion if you only need a room two or three nights a week.
