Rooms for mature/postgrad students.

Looking for 2 mature students (for council tax reason) to take over 2 rooms in a 3 bedrooms flat. The flat is within walking distance to UoE. This is a fully furnished flat. It does not have a living room. It does have a kitchen, and each bedroom comes with a sofa.

Bills are not included in rent:
-£10.30 for internet.
-£20-£60 for heating,
- ~£2 for stairs cleaning

I am a final year student at UoE. I am looking for someone non-partying, clean, caring and considerate to be my future flatmates.
