Room next to Napier-Sighthill. Student ONLY!

Dear Fellow Students,
I have a room to let in a quiet area of Broomhouse, Edinburgh, 5-10 minutes walk from the Napier Uni's Sighthill campus. The room is nice and tidy, fully furnished, with a small boxroom. It is in a two-bedroom flat with a big kitchen, clean bathroom, comfortable living room, gas central heating, internet access, and a neat garden. There is also lots of storage space in the attic. The neighbors are nice and quiet, and there are many buses (22,2,21,12,35,36,25,3,33 ...) and a tram that stop nearby. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the city center and/or the airport. In addition, there are few shopping centers in the area, such as Hermiston Gait or Gyle. The flat is close to Napier Uni's Sighthill campus and the Heriot-Watt Uni. The rent is £350 per month, bills included. Apply only if you are a responsible person who cleans after themselves, and who can appreciate the joys of peace and quiet of a safe harbor of home. Also, you should be entitled to Council Tax exemption, so students only.... Party animals, potheads, smokers, drinkers, etc... need not apply!!!
