All bills are included in the rent.

I usually rent my spare room to placement students, people on internships, people moving for work and people working on events in the city. I also occasionally let it on air b n b where I can share my advert with you if you'd like to read my reviews.

You have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. These must be kept clean and tidy. For example we will both do our dishes on a daily basis and share tasks such as emptying the bins and cleaning the bathroom. About the dishes thing... There is a dishwasher so it's really easy! No more student style living for me or my flatmates!

I'm looking for someone to stay for 3-9 months or so, maximum 1 year.
