Looking for a flatmate

Double bedroom available with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space.

Near Haymarket area, only a couple of minutes away from train and tram stop, so easy to get about.

Bills are not included.

Ideally looking for somebody like myself, a clean and organised individual working professionally to move in.

I would prefer to have somebody who appreciates a quiet flat during the working week, but would be up for socialising and exploring the city during the weekends.

Currently as shown in photo, the bedroom is empty so you would need to bring your own bedding etc. Only applicants looking to stay at least a minimum of 5 months will be considered but the lease would be on a month by month basis.
