Spacious Room Available Near City Centre

Hey, I'm Conor. Unfortunately my current flatmate us moving out so I'm looking for someone to take over the room, available from late September.

It's a beautiful second floor flat in a traditional Victorian building in the Hillside neighbourhood. Super close to town, being a 10 minute walk to Waverly and 20 minutes to the Old Town. It's a two bedroom flat with a large living room and south-facing kitchen/diner, so very easy for two to live in.

The bedroom is north facing and looks out onto the (quiet) street. It comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, & a large build-in wardrobe (loads of storage!).

I'm ideally looking for someone clean and tidy. I'm generally not in the flat during the week due to work commitments, so you'd have the place to yourself mostly.
