Fully furnished Short-stay by City centre!

I will be heading back home to Australia visiting family for the month of November and hoping someone else can enjoy my flat while I'm away!

The flat is in Edinburgh's west and:

- a short bus ride from the city centre
(Buses are literally at the end of the street with routes to either the New Town or Old Town in just 10 minutes!)

- fully furnished with double bed, desk, bookshelf, drawers and clothes hanger
(See photos - everything will be emptied and cleared before you arrive!)

- all bills and UNLIMITED wifi included
(Theres a chrome cast on the TV also so you can hook up to the bigger screen)

- you have your very own bathroom
(including a bath tub!)

- full gas kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

The flat is a new build with thick carpet and double glazed windows so it is nice and warm. However, if you're afraid of the chill I'm more than happy to leave an electric blanket out for you also.

There is a pub, fast food takeaway and bakery at the end of the street, and a FULL supermarket, ALDI, M&S and other shops either a short bus ride or 10 minute walk away.

My current flatmate and I have been living together since I moved to Edinburgh and we love our new home!

Looking for someone (male or female) that is hoping to enjoy Edinburgh, is easy going, friendly and make my flat their home away from home.

My flat mate works full time and so you will need to be considerate of noise, keeping the flat tidying and clean (just like you would in your own home).

This is not a party house and if you in Edinburgh for that I'd recommend a hostel in the Grassmarket.
