2 Rooms to rent in central Edinburgh from 1st Sep

We have two rooms to let in our apartment in central Edinburgh from September to December. The rooms can also be available for 10 months but with a one week break over Christmas and New Year. The flat is on London Road with excellent bus connections to all the universities, a direct bus link to the airport and a 10 minute walk to the airport tram.
Both rooms have a double bed, a desk/chair, a hanging and drawers storage arrangement , and a small cupboard and bookshelf. There is a shower room shared by the two renting students, a spacious dining kitchen shared with the two permanent residents (late 50s both working full time) and our student son who is home from time to time. We have been renting to Erasmus students for several years.
Room 1 is £100 per week. Room 2 is £115 per week, inclusive of all bills. 4 weeks deposit required. Rooms available from 1st September.
