Lovely double in Gorgeous 2 bed flat

Lovely large double available in a two bed flat in Edinburgh. The flat has beautiful large windows and lot's of natural light. The kitchen has all mod cons; washing machine, dishwasher and microwave etc. There is a also a gorgeous large shared garden. It is walking distance from all the shops and bars in Edinburgh city centre and across the road from a big park.

Rent is £550 per month excluding bills. I'm just starting at the University of Edinburgh doing a masters as a mature student; so I'm happy to share with a student or professional as long as you're relatively mature. I'm not looking for a party animal, it would be nice to find someone with similar interests - into good food, sharing the odd glass of wine, but who appreciates their own space. I really like yoga and running and generally keeping fit and am studying Economics so quite interested in the economy, politics and social justice.
