The flat is on Sinclair Place in a pleasant modern development and contains a spacious living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and 2 bathrooms. Rent is £400 and bills are £110 per month and a deposit of £510 payable with first month’s rent.

The room is available from October, you would be living with two people in their 20s and 30s. I enjoy travelling, snowboarding, diving, surfing, seeing live music and hanging out with friends, as well as the more mundane stuff like reading and looking at shows & movies.
