Double Bedroom in Modern Apartment

Hi, I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroom apartment on East Pilton Farm Crescent with. I will be moving into the property in mid-October and I am currently finalising the lease. I work as an engineer who has recently just graduated and started work in Edinburgh. Looking for a young professional or student(who is willing to pay council tax) to share with. I am laid back and I respect the spaces of others while also enjoying socialising. The rent would be £400pm excluding bills as I do not have a figure for this yet plus a £450 deposit.
