Doubleroom with a private bathroom for a cat lover

Hi guys!

We are two mature international professional who are looking for a new flatmate to share a 3-bed property with. There are two cats in the flat (Pushkin-lovely shy Maine Coon and Runa- mixed breed lively kitten) so we need another cat lover here :)

We hope to find someone who is social (enjoys good chat but also respects our privacy when we need it), considerate (is aware of other people’s needs), really tidy (we like the flat to be clean) and like to have a bit of laugh.
Someone who’s happy to have food together from time to time, have some drinks or go out but is also content with their own life.

The space is warm and bright, on the top floor of a modern tenement building with views out across Costorphine Hill and the west side of the city. We are regularly treated to a beautiful sun set! :)
The available double bedroom is bright with en suite bathroom, large built-in wardrobe, extra wardrobe, small desk, chair and a small chest of drawers. This room would suit an independent person perfectly. Extra storage space is available in corridor cupboards.

The kitchen features a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave and lots of worktop space. Perfect for cooking! The lounge is welcoming with two large, comfortable sofas, dining table and our small forest of plants! The flat benefits from gas central heating, double-glazing and is fully furnished with laminate flooring throughout. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, set away from main roads and close to the Union canal and Harrison Park – both prime locations for running and relaxation.

There are plenty of local amenities very close by including: a cinema, gym, bowling centre, bars, takeaways and multiple supermarkets. Great transport links are available with main bus routes (1,2,3,4,10,25,22,27,33,34,35, 38, 44) a short walk away.

A bike shed is available if you prefer to cycle.

The room is available from the 15th of December 2017 for a six months period (lets see how we get along!)

Rent is £490 PCM, which includes council tax, internet, gas and electricity and the security deposit is £390.

Please Note: We are a non-smoking flat and do not have loud parties. The room is not available for couples.
