Cosy wee room with a double bed in a ground floor flat just 15 minutes from the centre. Lovely flat with all the essentials and a nifty little patio out the back. There's a double driveway out front so parking isn't an issue if you have a car. There's also a dressing/storage room which may be of interest to any female applicants or anyone with a lot of clothes, I won't be using it so it's all yours.

I'm a pretty laid back guy I can get along with pretty much anyone, I like to have a wee chat and a drink over dinner or a film so If that's your sort of thing then this is the place for you. I do smoke but only outside since we have a patio and I like to keep the place clean and tidy.

On to business - the rent plus council tax and internet costs are £495 per month, bills tend to be about £30 per month. I'm looking for someone to move in as soon as possible so get in touch if you're interested and I look forward to meeting you.
