Double room for rent on West Granton Road

I am looking for a new flatmate to share a two double bedroom flat on West Granton Road. The room will be available from 15 September.

I am a 27 yo professional, I work 9-5 Mon-Fri. The flat is the home of two lovely cats, so you must love pets.

I am renting the entire flat and subletting the room with the permission of the owner so you would sign a contract with me.

The £480 per month includes all bills and council tax. This also includes a cleaner who comes once every fortnight.

The flat is a ground floor flat in a four flat block. There is a front garden with a shed and a parking space and a quarter of a drying green at the back.

Smokers are fine but smoking inside is strictly forbidden. The room is also not suitable to a couple.

The flat is within walking distance to PureGym, Morrisons, Lidl, Iceland, B&M, a doctors surgery and a pharmacy. There are a number of buses going into town and Leith, the number 200 bus to the airport right at the doorstep.
