New Town short-term room let

Our apartment is situated in the heart of the city, where New Town meets Stockbridge, and just 10 minutes walking from Princes Street or the Botanic Gardens. We're also next to multiple bus routes, making it super easy to get around the city.

The apartment itself is really beautiful. There's a wood burning fire in the living room, a large bathroom, a well equipped kitchen, and it's carpeted throughout, so it's warm during the winter. The spare room also has plenty of storage.

My husband and I have been living in Edinburgh for 3-4 years now. I'm English, and he's Venezuelan. We're both biologists. Juan is a postdoc and commutes to Dundee, and I'm a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh. We also have a dog, Igor, who is the sweetest guy ever. We're both easy going and down to earth. We work hard during the week, and get up early, so like the flat to be pretty quiet and relaxed. However, we like to socialise at the weekends, mainly having a friend or two over for food and a movie, or that sort of thing.

We're happy to share with a student or professional. Although we pay council tax, all bills are included in the rent, so you don't need to worry about that. We'd like to share with someone who is clean and tidy, who likes to be social but likes their own space too. If the space sounds like something you'd be interested in taking, let us know! :)

If you'd like to rent the room for less than a month, it's £250 per week.
