I have an en-suite doublebedroom at Orwell Terrace for Napier student for 139 pound per week, this is a flatshare with 4 others girls (very nice and clean tidy) I need someone to take over in December as I'm only staying there til then and gonna moved to Nice in France.

More detail about the flat: The rooms are exactly like Bainfield, but Orwell Terrace newer and is closer to the central and grocery stores. 1 minute to lidl 3 mins to other grocery store nearby. 15 mins walk to the central, if lazy take the bus which is 1-2 minutes away from the accommodation. Restaurants are literally outside of this resident 2-3 minutes walk. Easy to get to any campus (craiglochhart, merchiston, sight hill)
