Single Room available for Short Term

My flatmate and I have a lovely 3 bed flat in the Slateford Area, it has an elevator, balcony, free underground parking and a free fitness suite.
The room is a single but their is another bed below that can be pulled out. If you have anyone to stay.
There is an ensuite in the master bedroom so the main bathroom would only be shared between two people.
There is a washing machine and dishwasher.
There is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The flat is in a modern safe complex.
There is a bus stop at the top of the street to town, as well as a bakery, chemist, pub, chip shop and Chinese. There is a corner shop 5 minute walk away and Asda a 15 minute walk away, as well as an Aldi and mcdonalds.
Walking to the centre princes street takes me less than 30 mins as well.
We are both young professionals 24 and 25, and work Monday - Friday.
We have Sky TV and broadband.
All bills included.
We are only looking to lease the room for 2 months maximum at present. It would be a great starter place for anyone just moving to the city!
