The room is newly decorated, over looking a communal garden. The property has newly fitted kitchen, communal bathroom, living room and storage. The area is 10 minute walk to City centre. There are many shops, super markets, restaurant with in a few minute walk. The room is available from 23 October to 23 December for 450/month or 120/week. All bills included(electric, gas, tax, no WiFi)
