Great location, very close to the city centre,15 mins walk and you won't need a taxi after night out! Meadowbank shopping centre basically across the street (Gym, Sainsubrys, Lidl). 2mins walk to the bus stop at London Road -busses nuber 4,5,15,19,26,34,44,45,104... taking you in all directions. Shared lease tenancy. Long term only, min 6 months. I'm looking for a responsible, relibale person with easy going character just like my self. No students (sorry guys, council tax!) only professionals. No couples. Sorry but no pets (unless that's your name :D ). Shared lease, You'll have to go through the letting agency reference process, but don't worry it's easy peasy. New lease will start from 11th of November. Deposit 700£. Council tax B (about 80 pounds per person),electricity about 50 pounds a month.
Few words about me. I'm a metalhead musician active in few bands and projects, but don't worry I keep it quiet at home (so far no complaints from fellow flatmates or neighbours! Haha).
