Available from 7th September to 7th October 2023. You can take it for all or part of that time. Spacious furnished double with king-size bed on quiet street in the EH8 area. Well connected; it's a 30min walk to town through Holyrood Park and is close to several bus stops.

I am due to be away and currently have a lodger in the second room, who is really great and easy to get on with. He stays three nights a week so you have the place to yourself the rest of the time.

You'll probably not see much of me, but I'm 42 and pretty relaxed and work in fundraising and marketing. Any questions please just ask.
