Beautiful but Snug Double in Spacious Flat

Hello! I'm moving out of a beautiful little double room in a spacious flat with two lovely flat mates (a primary teacher and a junior doctor). The room is fully furnished and the rest of the flat is clean, spacious, and homely, including a shared living room with flatscreen, virgin and Netflix, a shared dining room with a beautiful large 8 seater dining table, and a shared kitchen and bathroom.

The flat has a bus stop right in front of the door with buses (2, 14, 30, 42) heading into town every 5-10 minutes. It takes 20 mins to the old town and 28 mins to princes street. There are lots of shops nearby, including tesco and lidl, within a 5 min walk, plus several takeaways.

The rent is £390 per month and bills are divided between three, usually totaling about £65 per person.
