Cozy Furnished 2 Bedroom Flat sept18-feb19

I will go abroad for 4-5 months from mid Sept till mid february and I want to sublet my flat. 3rd floor, buzzer entrance. There are 2 bedrooms, living room, big kitchen. I will store my belongings in a cup board, so you can use the whole flat.

What comes included:

Large Kitchen with washing machine, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge ans separate freezer and all cutlery included

Living Room, with connected balcony with big flatscreen tv and home cinema system, comfortable coach and working desk. Unlimited Virgin Broadband Internet fastest package. Netflix included.

2 Bedrooms with double bed, both with working desks and and one with an Internet TV. Bedlinen available, but you can bring your own of course.

Bathroom with shower bath and Toilet.

It's really a lovely place to live in. The flat is a little older, so sometimes a door has to be pulled a little harder and there is no double glazing. The flat will be cleaned and ready to live in.

Included is also the TV-license and All taxes. So I doesn't matter if you are a student or professional.

Energy bill is not included as that is always a personal thing. Some like it hot, some not. Energy bills in the winter months can be between 25 and 75 GB/Month.

Therefore I will ask for a 250 euro energy deposit. You get access to the app, so you can see your own usage and you need to check the meters once a month

As I would like to have the flat returned in the same condition as I left it, I am careful with my tenants. I am looking for 2 professionals, 1 couple or 2 quiet students to live in my place.
