Room: I have a spacious double bedroom available in my flat in Newington. The room is fully decorated and comes with a working piano, perfect if you love to play but can't find where to practice in Edinburgh, I love to listen to classical music!

Flat: parking space available and £730 a month for couples.

Pets: I recently got a baby rabbit, he's adorable, clean and friendly - This also means I am more flexible if you have a small pet of your own that you want to bring in

Links: There are excellent bus links and the flat is 10 min to Edinburgh uni as well, so it is pretty close to the New Town too. Rent is £630/month without bills

Me: My name is Maria Laura, 24. I am a Student (Maths and Statitics) at the University of Edinburgh, this means I also get council tax exemptions. I am tidy and clean. I enjoy sports, playing music, reading and eating vegan
cakes, I am a very friendly person and like to share meals with my flat mates. I am looking for someone who is tidy, friendly and ideally vegetarian (or vegan-that'd be perfect).
