Flat is located near Craigroyston Community High School, Pennywell All Care Centre and Edinburgh College (Granton Campus).

Buses 8, 14, 16, 27, 32, 37 in very close proximity from the flat. Skylink 200 to Edinburgh Airport within 3 mins walking distance. Buses 21, 29 within 10 mins walking distance.

Really good bus connection to Ocean Terminal, The Shore, Leith, Stockbridge, Canonmills and City Centre with Morrison, Iceland, LIDL, B&M, ASDA and many local stores such as Greggs, Domino’s Pizza, McColls, Farmfoods, Javits and other takeaways in the area.

Edinburgh College is less than 5 mins away by bus, Western General Hospital 10 mins, Ocean Terminal 20 mins, Royal Botanic Gardens 20 mins and Princess Street 25 mins.

Minimum contract period is 6 months (lodger agreement to be signed) with further 6 months extensions.
