The place is kept clean and common areas are being used very efficiently - only occupied when being used - everyone has plenty of their own time and space (no "crowding"). You can expect a high level of respect towards other people's need for their own space, however having said that, we are also very happy to chat if there's time and opportunity to do so.

There are local shops and a shopping centre near by (post office, cash points, supermarkets, etc).

(The location and area are ideal for a university student, people working in the area, or people working from home.)

The double bedroom has a nice solid woodwork/study-desk with drawers, an office chair, a new double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, plenty of sockets, ceiling lights, a radiator for central heating, and a multifunction fan powered el. heater/cooler for extra comfort during very cold winter days/nights for use if needed.
