Spacious en-suite double room in New Town

Hi!
My current flatmate is about to move out, at the beginning of May, leaving a great room, with an en-suite bathroom and double bed.
The flat is conveniently located at the top of Leith Walk, not far from the Playhouse, it's served by lots of nearby shops and bus services. It's also at a walking distance from the heart of Edinburgh, so the location is ideal! It's a bright flat, with a shared living room, with TV and a bunch of gaming consoles (I have Netflix as well, so that comes as a perk =)

Regarding your future flatmate (me), I'm a young professional working in a creative industry. I enjoy music (have a few guitars around my room and the living room, so you are welcome to jam!) and socializing, maybe watching a movie or maybe even going out in one of the amazing pubs on Leith Walk! I also love cooking and wouldn't say no to a nice dinner.
Potentially, you'd be a like minded individual so we could make the most out of the flat share!
