From Sept the double room is available @600 for one person or 800 for two people . I can easily change double bed for twins Initial rental period is four months

From January 2019 both rooms/ entire flat can be made available for 8 months

Double bedroom in ground floor flat with gardens. There is also a single bedroom so will be sharing the flat with one other female...shared living / dining area/ bathroom. Kitchen has fridge freezer and washing machine and there are drying facilities in gardens at back. The flat was completely refurbished last year .Bedroom has smart television and DVD . room has double bed plus drawers and hanging space.
Rent is 600.00. Inc bills for one tenant or 800.00 for couple and wifi ,apart from electricity which is a prepaid key system which is shared with other tenant .
Rental initially for four months but may be extended by mutual agreement into 2019 a deposit of 250.00 will be required after viewing if you decide to go ahead and this will confirm the room alongside a contract. Rent is payable in advance on first each month beginning 1st September and paid by bank transfer. Deposit returned when you move out.
We will be travelling in UK and abroad but will also be around at various times of needed to check all is well.
There are great bus links to all areas of city and have great shops in walking or short bus trip away. please only apply if genuinely interested. Flat can be viewed immediately
