I am looking for someone to take over the lease of the room I am currently in. The flat is situated on Dalkeith Road with good bus routes. The other two tenants are lovely sociable people who I will miss.
The room it self is very large with a double bed and a seporate space with a desk and additional storage. It is bright with big windows and a feature fire place (doesn't work but looks nice).
Looking for a reliable person to take the room from april 1st till august 1st. Although there is possibility to renew the lease after this.
