My flat is situated just off Easter Road in a popular area near shops, cafes and bars. There is a large Sainsburys a 10 minute walk away and the bus stop is also a 10 minute walk. You can walk into town in 25 minutes and athurs seat is about a 20 minute walk away!
The flat has a living room and well equipped kitchen. The flat has a balcony in the living room and full length windows meaning lots of light. There is an extra storage cupboard to store shoes, towels etc and space to hang coats if required. Washing machine and dryer.
The apartment block is quiet.. I have kept the flat in very good condition and I am looking for tenants who will respect this and keep like your own home :)
There is lift access, free parking on the street and secure bike storage in the garage.
High speed internet and smart Samsung television.
All bills included.
