The Royal Mile is virtually outside the front door and it's a 10 min walk to Princes Street.
So it's a great for someone that wants to explore Old Town and New Town. Sainsbury's, Tesco, Costa etc are all nearby.
You will be sharing the flat with 4 others (m+m+f+f), although they may not be around so often during the summer months. There are two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen has a washing machine and dryer, gas cooker and a big television. Wifi is £5 per month and bill are average £30 per month. Room is available to couples.
