I am going abroad for 4 months beginning of September and I want to sublet my spacious flat in the center 3rd floor, buzzer entrance. 2 bedrooms, living room, big kitchen. I will store my belongings in a cupboard, so you can use the whole flat. The flat is a safe spot in the middle of the center. Neighbours are very quiet.

This is ideal for Erasmus Students. Or students doing their Masters.

Included:

Large Kitchen with washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, Senseo Machine, fridge and separate freezer and all necessary cutlery included. If you want to play Jamie Oliver in my kitchen, don't even bother to react. You can heat a frozen pizza in the oven, but thats it.

Lounge, with connected balcony with big flatscreen tv and home cinema system, comfortable coach and working desk. Unlimited Virgin Broadband Internet fastest package.
2 Bedrooms with double bed, both with working desks.
Ideal for 2 serious Erasmus students.

Bathroom with shower bath and Toilet.

It's really a lovely place to live in. The flat is a little older, so sometimes a door has to be pulled a little harder. So I don't need tenants who contact me for ever small issue. You should be able to exchange a lamp yourself. We have a new central heating system installed and It can be cold in winter, but to save money, I have also electrical heaters for each room as energy is expensive now. Energy bills are not included as that is always a personal thing. Some like it hot, some not. Energy bills this winter could exceed between 80 and 150 pounds /Month. So its up to you, as you pay for your gas .

You'll get a monthly overview, so you can see your own usage and you need to check the meters once a month.
The flat will be ready to live in. You just have to bring your own bedlinnen.
Included: council tax, high speed internet, netflix, amazon prime and TV- License It doesn't matter if you are a student or professional. Non negotiable.

An old city flat needs some TLC at times so I do want to you to clean the flat. I am not OCD, but hey, a weekly hovering would be much appreciated. I've rented out my flat succesfully before and as I would like to have the flat returned in the same condition as I left it,
I am careful with my tenants. I am looking for 1 or 2 professionals, 2 friends, 1 couple or 2 quiet students to live in my place. No parties or big gatherings. I had good experiences with Erasmus students in the last years, so foreign students don't hesitate to apply. Everybody loved the place.
