Cosy Single Room in Caiystane

Renting out my spare bedroom in my comfy 2 bedroom flat in Caiystane. I have someone in until end of October, but available from November onwards. 😊

You'd be sharing with me, and my two cats Suki and Bramble. Very important that you like cats, otherwise you will not enjoy living with us 😅

The bedroom currently has a single bed but could be upgraded to a double if would prefer, would just have less floor space! The room hasn't been decorated since I moved in, so I'm very open to the new tenant doing whatever they'd like with it...(within reason! 😅)

Bills included are utilities and broadband, you'd need to pay the council tax (band C). Happy to share with a student as long as you're OK with contributing to the council tax.

I've not rented the room before so keen to find someone who matches my vibe at home, and feels comfortable to live with. About me: I'm a social worker, working 4 days a week (long days), after work I sometimes have Spanish classes or go to the gym (aspiring strongwoman!) I'm bi, so if you're not chill with that... maybe don't message (Also no terfs please... that's not chill vibes). I love boardgames and I'm very up for playing them and chilling out with a potential flatmate!

In the interest of flat harmony the rent includes your share of costs for a fortnightly cleaner (Because I am fully past the point of wanting to deal with drama about who's cleaning the bathroom 💁‍♀️)
