Lovely cosy double room in peaceful, well kept and clean modern flat based in Fairmilehead.

The room is furnished with wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and divan bed with drawers. I have lovely neighbours and the neighbourhood is friendly, mainly families and it’s quiet. The shared areas include a cosy living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath/ shower. The flat is definitely more like a home than rented accommodation so not a party place but hopefully a nice relaxing place to retreat to.

There are lots of lovely parks nearby including the Braid Hills and the pentlands.

There are regular buses including Lothian 4, 400, 11 and 15. It is a good location for Morningside, Easter Bush or the motorway.

I have had lots of lovely flat mates over the years of all ages and I think I am easy to get along with so age is not a problem 😊 I share the flat with my whippet who is non-shedding, quiet and enjoys a good nap. I work for the University and work from home most of the time

I enjoy going to the gym, relaxing in front of the tv for a crime drama or light hearted rubbish and seeing friends and family. I am looking for a respectful, clean and kind flat mate. Please get in touch if interested! 😊
