Dbl room Student Female only Minimum 6 months

I am a single women who works 9-5, my house is in Fairmilehead, Edinburgh, the area is very quiet, but friendly neighbours, buses are regular into the city centre, 10 minute walk to the bus stop. The room available is a large fully furnished double room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe&desk with a chair, shared bathroom&kitchen.
I would like someone who is considerate, clean&tidy. Minimum stay 6 months, preferably for the academic year (September to May)
