Double Room to rent - Gilmerton

Hello,

I am looking for someone to rent out my double room. The flat is in a quiet and secure stair in Gilmerton. Lots of shops/take aways (not sure if the take aways are a selling point) within walking distance. City centre is half an hour away by bus. Also close by to Roslin and the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.

The room comes fully furnished and has just been recently decorated, so mostly new. It has a double bed, x2 chest of drawers and a double wardrobe, so plenty of storage space.

A little bit about me, I am young professional and work Mon - Fri. In my spare time I like to spend it walking my dog Basil or with family and friends. I like cooking and baking, so expect to be fed.

You (my new flat mate) must like animals. As well as my King Charles Basil who is featured in the pictures I have a black cat called Boo. Both pets are super friendly and just love attention. You will ideally be a working professional who is friendly and happy to socialise. Be respectful of my home and keep it clean and tidy.

All bills and council tax are included.
