Spacious double room for rent. Short or long term considered. Women and gender non conforming ppl prefered.

The flat is a 2 bed, 1 bathroom with a good kitchen and decent sized sitting room. It is very light airy. It's a lower flat in a block of 4.

The flat is in Gilmerton, with a wooded area behind the back garden. There are buses every 10 min which get you into town in 20/30 minutes. The bypass is very close too if you drive.

It is mostly families and young professionals around. It is a nice quitet neighbourhood with lots of green area and footpaths around. There are supermarkets a 10 minute walk away.

The room has a double sized bed with plenty of built in storage. There are front and back gardens which get good sun.

You would be sharing with myself (live in landlord). I work 9-5 as a postie and at home I enjoy gardening and just chilling out. And I'm easy-going and would like to keep a relaxed atmostphere at home, happy to chat and hang out, but also respect each other's space. Looking for someone who clean and considerate in communal spaces and proactive in doing chores so we can have a place we both enjoy being in.
