It is mostly families and young professionals around. It is a nice quitet neighbourhood with lots of green area and footpaths around. There are supermarkets a 10 minute walk away.
The room has a king sized bed with a view to the back garden. There is plenty of storage with a large cupboard and drawers.
There is a large smart TV in the living room. The flat is fully equipped with everything. The bathroom has a bath and shower. There are front and back gardens which get good sun.
Will be sharing with a couple who work 9-5 and very friendly kitty called Zara.
