Lovely bright ground floor double bedroom to rent 10 minutes from Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and 20 mins from University of Edinburgh Kings campus. House share with myself, postgraduate student, professional female and my frenchie- Daisy.

Kitchen/dining room has all the usual amenities. We have a lovely enclosed back garden..

Bus route into city takes around 25mins. Morrisons & Aldi supermarket is a 10 minute walk.

Rent includes all bills, broadband, council tax, etc.

This room is ideally for someone who is in working away for home and requires a short term let.
