En-suite master room for rent with a private bathroom close to Royal Infirmary. There is a King bed, a small desk, an armchair, a chest of drawers and a big wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

Location: 11 minutes walk to Royal Infirmary. 10-15 minutes walk to Lidl, Morrisons and Aldi and 20 minutes bus ride to the city centre. The rent includes utility bills including electricity, gas and broadband but council tax (£54/month your share) is not included. There is a parking space in the front yard.

The room is available from 1st October 2024. We are looking for someone quiet, respectful and clean. No couples or pets, please. You will be living with a couple and two guinea pigs who have their room.
