This is a quiet, clean and tidy household with couple in their late 30 and 3 cats in.
We have a cozy room with garden view, fully furnished, with plenty of storage and walk-in wardrobe.

We are specifically looking for quiet, shy or introvert individual, who is not much in the cooking or doesn't use the kitchen frequently. Full time employed remotely, who enjoys socialising outside of the house. Responsible and independent enough to look after the cats and house, meanwhile we are away, as we travel often.
We only share the kitchen and bathroom.

Gracemount area EH17, 20 - 30 min by bus (7,37,47, 11, 400, X62) to city centre and a free street parking space.
Bunch of shops including Tesco and Scotmid 5 minutes walk, bus stops the same. Buses going also to Royal Infirmary (20min journey) and Straiton shopping park (15min journey).

Rent £420 all included.
Deposit £100 will be discounted from the first rent.
