Lovely Double Room with En-suite

We are looking for a female lodger who would like to join our family for a year! We are a family of 5 but with our eldest having recently flown the nest, there are now 4 of us. We are a married couple aged 45 and our two younger children 6 & 9.

Our house is a large house ( council tax band G) within a new housing estate, buses running right beside our estate directly into Princes Street. We are very close to the bypass and Straiton Retail Park. We are also very close to the hospital.

We are looking for a female professional or student who is responsible, tidy, a non smoker and not a full on party animal.
Whilst our household can be a bit chaotic at times, we both work some of the time from home whilst our kids are at school.

You will have your own double room with an en-suite, all bills TV and WiFi included.. Access to the whole house aswell as the small family room situated within our kitchen/dining area:.

Because we have children, we would like you to come and view our property first, so we can all meet you to make sure all of us are a good match. Available from 16th August.
