Sunny double room in Gilmerton (photos soon!)

I have a double room available from the 1st of November. I've just moved in and am decorating the house so I don't have any decent photos yet but it's a sunny room with views to the hills.

The house is bright and airy with a large roof terrace. Rent would be £480 incl. all bills.

This is an ideal location for anyone on placement at the Royal Infirmary.

It would be a 6 month lease with potential to extend; I may have a relative needing the room in 6 months time but not sure yet.

I'm pretty chilled at home, I like cooking and music. I'm out a lot in the evenings because I work through the day from home just now, I'm a graphic designer.

I have two cats, they're very friendly and sweet but obviously if you're allergic or don't like cats it wouldn't be ideal the place for you.

The house has a 3rd bedroom I'll be renting out to someone on a Monday to Friday basis as well.

There are great bus links and good shops nearby, it takes about 15 minutes to get to Newington, around 20 to get to Princes Street depending on traffic.
