Hello, I'm looking for someone to rent out my spare bedroom in my flat. I am a young professional female and run my own small business and work between my office and home. I am sociable and enjoy catching up with friends however it is important to note the flat is not a party flat, With neighbours below me, it is important to me to be respectful of this. Room comes fully furnished with built in wardrobes. Wifi and tv included.

Flat is located in quiet area of Gilmerton close to bus stop with services going in to the City Centre. Also a short walk away you will find various supermarkets and takeaways. Flat would be suitable for young professional. I am currently decorating both my livingroom and hall so flat may differ to pictures. Also important to note I have a lovely cat called Boo and a gorgeous pup called Basil so must like animals. Rent is £500 PM plus deposit of £500 all bills and council tax are included.
