Is in Gorebridge, Midlothian and not central Edinburgh . The house is accessible to Edinburgh by nearby train services (30 mins to Edinburgh Waverley) or bus 50 mins to central Edinburgh , there is also ample parking.

Double Room To Let Gorebridge (New Estate)

Looking for a trustworthy and clean housemate. I am 37 year old mechanical design engineer with a well behaved, friendly 12 year old daughter who stays 2 nights a week. I work five days a week and in the evenings I am usually at gym so for most of the week the house will be yours. On nights with my daughter we like to go to relatives so you wont see her about very often. The area is very scenic and accesible (I work in the centre of town and the drive takes 25-30 mins during peak time). Im pretty quiet and dont often have people over so you will get plenty of quiet, but also happy to have a chat and watch some terrible shows on tv.

This room is available to female applicants preferably. I have a 12 year old daughter who stays overnight 1-2 nights a week which is the reasoning.

Rent is £450 due on the first of each month and a deposit of £150 is required to secure the room.
