Come and live in my tower in the glen. Trees and birds surround my old house. It was built as a coal mine pump house, has been a residence for 130 years and I have rebuilt it to insulate it and make it look beautiful while retaining the industrial heritage.

It's on a quiet private road in Gorebridge by the Gore Water burn which you can see from the window.

The bedroom is 3.2x2.3m with a double bed, storage cabinet, shelves and window box.

The office is 3.5mx2.2m with a large desk and storage cabinets and under stair storage.

The ground floor has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a wood burner for cosy evenings but usually the house is perfectly warm with the gas central heating.

There is a rooftop terrace over the garage and the garden has 4 terraces and a woodland.

The train station is accessible through the back garden for direct transport into Edinburgh.

Bills are included in the price (council tax band E, broadband, gas heating and hot water, electricity).
