We have a lovely, spacious double room in our beautiful farmhouse and are offering it to a lodger who will fit in with us. The bathroom is shared just now with one other as other bathrooms are being upgraded.
Lovely big kitchen/dining/livingroom. Kitchen is really well equipped. Room for separate fridge if preferred.
Potential for private livingroom if required.
Large patio and gardens.

The house is situated in beautiful countryside and is part of a farm so has sprawling fields. It is not on a bus route so your own transport is necessary. Gorebridge Train Station is a 5 minute drive away. Local amenities are found in Dalkeith and Eskbank with Musselburgh around a 15minute drive should you fancy a trip to the harbour or beach.

Ability to bring a horse if you have one - at extra cost.
