Double En Suite Room

Hi folks i have a large furnished room with toilet and shower en suite. The use of lounge with tv, dining room and kitchen with w/mc and two large american style fridges. Broadband in property. Also two bathrooms with showers available. No bills, central heating in all rooms. The deposit is returnable if room is left in condition when moved in, rent is payable weekly. The four existing occupants all work except one. looking for someone that will keep house clean and tidy and respects the other occupants
