Bright and cosy double room in Portobello-Joppa

Hi,

I am renting a medium-size double bedroom.

The flat was recently refurbished. Good windows and is quite warm during the winter. All the flat is very little furnished since it was unfurnished when I moved in.

The storage space in the pics is for your full use. There is also a bit more space in another built-in wardrobe in the corridor.

There is a very bright shared lounge-kitchen. The kitchen has all the required appliances, a good cooker and oven which are great for cooking nice meals! (you will see me around the cooker very often... ).

The bathroom is not too big but it is very nice. It has a bath tube and a power-shower.

There is residents parking below the flat.

The flat is very bright with very calm and chilled energy. It is a good place to unwind after long days and I would like to keep it like this. No parties or people around too often since I usually get up very early in the morning.

Rent and all bills included are around £530 a month. , CT included.
It will be a long term lease, minimum of 6 months. Your name will be in the lease and in the CT bill. And your deposit securely kept in the deposit scheme.

The landlady will require some references from the new tenant.

It is in Portobello-Joppa area, very well connected to town with buses 26, 124, 45 (buses every 10-15 min), N26 and X26, X24 just two min away. It is at walking distance from the beach.

My ideal flatmate will be someone up for a catch-up and a good laugh, sharing some nice meals but at the same time respecting own personal and private times. Considerate, tidy and clean and can pay bills on time. I suppose that a fair flat share. :)
Post-graduate students are welcome if they pay the CT.

I am originally from a tiny town in Spain and I have been living in Edinburgh for much more than expected! :) I am working as front of house in an art gallery and, a part-time student in my first year of Environmental Science. I am friendly and very respectful, always up for a good laugh. In my free time, I enjoy going for a swim and long walks on the hills or the coastline.
Although I can cook some nice Spanish dishes, don't expect me to cook paella! It is not my best... :)
